Oceanside Beach Maternity Session | Porter Family

Hey, look! TWO posts in one month! It's a miracle, haha!

Meet the Porter family! Thanks to my other client Amanda, I was able to work with this super fun family. When they thanked me for their images, I actually thanked them for being so carefree an up for anything. I really think that is the secret ingredient to a successful session. If you can let go and allow your photographer to do what they need to do, they will get the shots you'll cherish forever, I promise!

We did this Oceanside beach maternity session in two parts. We spent half our time on top of the pier (which I don't get to do often believe it or not) and the other half was spent on the south side of the pier on the sand and in the water. My photographer eye is always seeking light, movement, textures, lines, and colors. I think we nailed all of those must-haves in this session.

Hopefully the next post will feature their gorgeous baby girl. I got to meet her the other day and she is a stunner! Can't wait to share.
